Quentyn Kowata Wins 2026 Sonoma County Amateur Championship at Foxtail Golf Club
ROHNERT PARK, Calif. — Foxtail Golf Club hosted the 2026 Sonoma County Amateur Championship on May 16–17, welcoming players from across the region for two days of challenging championship golf.
Battling difficult conditions that included significant wind and firm course setup, Quentyn Kowata emerged as the 2026 Sonoma County Amateur Champion after posting rounds of 74 and 70 for a two-day total of 144.
The championship featured strong participation across multiple divisions, including Championship, Senior, Super Senior, Women’s, and Net flights. Players faced a demanding but rewarding test throughout the weekend as conditions challenged every aspect of the game.
