Sunset Club Membership

Sunset Club Rules and Regulations

A limited number of Sunset Club participants at Foxtail Golf Club (the “Golf Club”) are available to the general public without discriminatory regard to race, creed, religion, gender, or national origin.  The Sunset Club program is provided at the discretion of the management of the Golf Club and may be altered or changed with or without notice: including but not limited to program rules, monthly fee, & access fees. 

The Sunset Club program is comprised of the following:

• Program fee: $65 per month
• Term: 12-month commitment required. Commitment begins on the membership start date. Credit card will be automatically charged every month on the 1st for the duration of the membership or a minimum of 12 months from membership start date. Membership will continue on a month to month basis after the 12-month minimum commitment. In the event a participant in the Sunset Club requests an early cancellation or termination, the membership may be canceled, and an early termination fee equal to half of the outstanding membership fees to meet the 12-month minimum commitment will be applied.
• Course Access begins at 12:00pm 7 Days per week
• $17 per round on South course / $32 on North : 7 days a week
• Unlimited use of Practice Facilities and Range Balls in increments of small and medium buckets are available anytime
• 10% Discount on all non-sale merchandise
• If at anytime, the monthly fees, course access fees, or conditions change – current participants in the Sunset Cub may opt out with no penalty.
• Failing to cancel tee times (no shows) – may result in termination of your participation in this loyalty club.
• Failure to pay your program Fee by the 10th of the month and you will be removed from the Sunset Club program. Reinstatement would be subjected to space available.  Repeated failure to pay would result in a permanent ban from the program. 

Program Participants are required to comply with the Club Rules, as the same may be amended from time-to-time. The management of the Golf Club reserves the right to revoke any membership in the event a program participant violates any Club Rules.  Sunset Club participants are required to pay full tournament rates.
